We think this bean is perfect as a milk-based espresso for those that love the chocolate notes in their cup of coffee.
This is a well prepared organic coffee from the Sierra Madre Chiapas region growing under heavy shade at an altitude of around 1000 metres.
Mexico has now become a large producer of high quality organic certified coffees.
Similar to the Pluma, there is a very pleasant treacle-like choc sweetness to this cup.
