We run three(3) separate packaging systems within our temperature-controlled warehouse.

All these systems employ accurate packaging technology that includes auto-tare functionality to zero the weight during packing.

Our packaging line uses extended hoppers for high-volume throughput via a gentle pneumatic system for fast and careful loading of the fresh roasted coffee beans.

NO COFFEE IS EVER PACKED BY HAND.

Many small and medium coffee roasting companies still do hand-packed coffee for reasons we just can't understand.

Maybe they have people standing around doing nothing or maybe they don't spend the right amount of capital on the proper types of equipment.........but as you would already know, hand packed products have higher risks of inaccuracy along with the pertinent food safety concerns.

No roasted coffee beans are touched by human hands in our facility.

Our equipment is designed for rapid batch and bag size changeovers with zero loss of accuracy. Our Automated line handles 1kg and 500g bags and we have dedicated automatic packaging for 1kg pre-made gusset bags.

All of our machines use industry-approved self-taring functions - sometime the tare function is performed on every bag, at other time's it's every 10th bag or when a new run is started.

Regardless of the tare method implemented, you can be assured that packing hundreds of tons of coffee each year we have the experience to provide a quality solution.

With roasted coffee beans being fragile and brittle, it is important that whole beans remain intact and our system is a gentle method of automated packaging, preserving the integrity of the whole bean and reducing the risk of split, broken or damaged beans that can accelerate staling and cause inconsistent grinding when brewing.

Our packaging line is fully redundant and has the ability to pack more than 2,000 kilos per day for 1kg bags.
