Freshly roasted in Melbourne, this carefully developed coffee produces a rounded cup with a full-bodied mouthfeel and a clean, smooth finish. It delivers strength and presence without the harsh bitterness, sharp acidity or burnt character sometimes associated with darker coffee capsules.
As an espresso or long black, Mighty Moka offers excellent body, low acidity and a naturally sweet flavour with subtle chocolate notes. Its smooth character makes it particularly enjoyable for coffee drinkers who prefer a fuller cup without excessive intensity.

Unlike our Organic capsule range, Mighty Moka is not an Organic product. It has been developed using carefully selected conventional coffees chosen for their body, smoothness, sweetness and dependable performance in capsule brewing.

why our capsules taste amazing
It's not easy to protect against coffee going stale, and there is a valid reason why Nespresso still uses full aluminum solution for their coffee capsules.
You see, it's only metalized and specially engineered co-polymer materials that can protect the volatile compounds of freshly roasted coffee from degrading via oxidization or effusion.
It may be a surprise to learn that currently, all those bio, eco, compostable and recyclable capsule systems on the market claiming to save the planet are not providing effective barrier protection that preserves the freshness of coffee.
We tested all of them, over and over and over - and they failed!
So, the beautiful aromas and vital flavours we enjoy from freshly roasted coffee will start to escape from the moment that bio capsule is packaged.
Freshly roasted coffee is unlike any other food ingredient. Once ground, it begins degrading and staling within 15 minutes of exposure to oxygen, making newly roasted and ground coffee a difficult product to maintain in peak condition.
Everyone knows it is already difficult to produce strong-flavoured coffee in the small 5-gram dosage of a capsule. It's less than one-third the dosage of a typical cafe beverage.
So when you buy capsules packed in eco materials, they will have already gone stale or almost there with flavour and aromas diminished.
We use a specially engineered co-polymer base manufactured in Europe from recycled materials. It uses less than 30% of the carbon footprint of aluminium.
Our capsule base and lid materials ensure a perfect barrier that protects against the loss of flavour and aroma.
