Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Generally speaking yes, however, please be aware orders are processed quickly, so changes may not always be possible once an order has been packed or shipped. We recommend contacting Carlini Coffee as soon as possible via the store's Contact Us page (don't call or leave a voicemail message) if you need help with an order.
Is your coffee roasted fresh?
Yes. Carlini Coffee is roasted in Melbourne and shipped directly to customers across Australia. We roast every weekday more than 18 different coffees fresh and ship your order fast, with more than 90% of orders containing coffees freshly roasted that morning.
What products can I order from Carlini Coffee?
Carlini Coffee offers fresh roasted coffee beans, coffee blends, single origin coffees, decaf coffee and Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules. The site also includes services such as wholesale, contract and private label coffee supply.
Can I order coffee for home use?
Yes. Carlini Coffee supplies coffee for home customers who want freshly roasted coffee delivered to their door.
Can businesses order from Carlini Coffee?
Yes. Carlini Coffee supplies wholesale coffee and also offers services for businesses, including private label and contract coffee options. Wholesale, private label, and contract roasting are subject to conditions of eligibility.
Do you sell Nespresso-compatible capsules?
Yes. Carlini Coffee offers Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules for customers who prefer the convenience of capsule brewing. Our capsules are compatible with the Nespresso original/classic systems.
Do you sell decaf coffee?
Yes. Carlini Coffee includes decaf coffee options such as freshly roasted whole beans, precision ground or Nespresso-compatible capsules for customers who want the flavour and aroma of coffee without regular caffeine levels.
Do you sell coffee blends?
Yes. Coffee blends are available for customers who prefer a balanced, consistent cup that works well across milk-based coffee, espresso and everyday brewing.
Do you offer single origin coffees?
Yes. Carlini Coffee offers single origin coffees, which are ideal for customers who enjoy exploring different flavour profiles from specific coffee-growing regions.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use Australia Post and StarTrack Road Express for shipping.
Where does Carlini Coffee deliver?
Carlini Coffee delivers Australia-wide, supplying both retail and wholesale customers across the country.
How quickly are orders shipped?
Carlini Coffee processes orders fast, with same-day dispatch available for orders placed before 3pm. Express shipping is also available.
How is my coffee packed for delivery?
Carlini Coffee takes care with packing and uses protective packaging to help orders travel safely through the parcel network. The returns policy notes that orders are packed in heavy-duty cartons and are not sent in satchels because of the higher risk of damage in transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Carlini Coffee offers free standard shipping on orders where the product totals are over $140.
What if my delivery is delayed?
Delivery times can vary depending on the destination and carrier network conditions. If your parcel appears delayed, use your tracking details first, then contact Carlini Coffee if you need further assistance. Please note there are certain periods throughout the year when congestion peaks and delivery slows, e.g. after public holidays or big sales events like Black Friday and the lead up to Xmas.
Is express shipping available?
Yes. Express shipping is available for customers who need their coffee delivered faster. Please note, there are NO guarantees provided in Express Shipping arrival timeframes and no refunds available on Express if your parcel is delayed - this is an Australia Post policy applied to all their merchants. Guaranteed is only applicable for retail shippingproducts purchased over the counter at Licensed Post Offices.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact Carlini Coffee with your order number and a photo of the item received. The team can review the order and help resolve the issue. Please use the Contact Us page on the store instead of phoning through the details.
Can I return coffee if I simply change my mind?
Because coffee is a fresh food product, returns may be limited depending on the condition of the product and the reason for return. Please contact Carlini Coffee before returning coffee so the team can confirm what applies.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping requirements may depend on the reason for the return. Customers should check the current Returns Policy or contact Carlini Coffee before sending products back.
Can I return an order?
Carlini Coffee’s returns policy lists a 30-day return period. For the most accurate details, customers should review the current Returns Policy before sending anything back. Only fully sealed, unopened packs are able to be returned. Ground coffees are treated as individual custom orders as we do not hold any ground coffee in our facility, each ground coffee item is prepared moments before shipping by taking a pack of whole beans and grinding specifically for your order. Ground packs are not returnable due to the nature of that item being a custom order.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged in transit?
Contact Carlini Coffee as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the damage. This helps the team review the issue and advise the next step. Please use the Contact Us page instead of trying to call us on the phone.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we do not ship outside of Australia. Due to recent changes implemented by the New Zealand government, we no longer ship to NZ.

Can I pickup and order from your facility?
Sorry No. Our business is online only and we do not offer a retail storefront or collection services due to our Industrial site having strict OH&S requirements. Please respect this policy.

Unfortunately, our office phone continues to be bombarded by call centres and nuisance callers, we no longer answer the phone. An answering service is available, however, we recommend using the Contact page on our store as the primary method to reach us.

Yes. Carlini Coffee supplies wholesale coffee and invites business enquiries through its website. Conditions apply.
